Pros: The hotel staff was extremely helpful. the food at the restaurant below the hotel was amazing. the hotel was very close to the metro to be able to get all around prague. i would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Cons: When we arrived they told us our room was not available but they had another hotel thar was also a 4 star hotel - this hotel was a flea bag hotel and ae refused to stay there and suddenly they found us room. mind you we prepaid and we told them they had stolen our room. we believe l
this hotel is doing this quite often - buyer beware!!!! stay away from here!!! they pit us in aroom that was not airconditioned and very small. they are very dishonest organization.

Cons: It would be good if tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room plus maybe 1 or 2 english tv channels, such as news channels, were available.
