"Art Deco Imperial Hotel Prague"

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we found the decor throughout the hotel to be very pleasing to the eye. The staff in both reception and in the restaurant were very attentive and spoke superb english. The coffee is highly recommended! Food was brillant. and the breakfast had so much selection. The room had plenty of space and light and airy throughout. A little disappointed with the bathroom as it was quite small, the shower was not easy to operate and the bath was difficult to step in and out of , due to high sides.Would certainly return to this hotel for the next visit to Prague without a doubt!

"Great time in Prague"

Lovely hotel great location fantastic staff and breakfast was to get up for.we did not go to Prauge to watch tv, but we were there for a week so some times you wont to chill out in your room, five bad tv stations in English.

"50th birthday treat"

This was a treat for my wifes 50th birthday. I knew she liked art deco and thought this would be ideal, i was not wrong. We were upgraded automatically, which was a nice suprise. The decor was excellent. The resturant was excellent also with meals reasonably priced for fine dining. The hotel was only a few streets away for the main prague centre. All the staff were very friendly. The chambermaids did not rush us when they needed to change linen. Very relaxing thank you very much

Pros: Staff were great, restaurant was lovely. lots of character in the decor - i was there for business, but would have been very happy to be there for a romantic weekend away too!
Cons: I would have preferred free wifi throughout as it was a pain to have to always ask for a code.

Pros: Staff was very courteous, use of free computers at business center was very nice. breakfast and dinner meals were very good. location was excellent. near starbuck's, grocery store,tram, walking distance to old town and attractions.
Cons: Fell in shower. the bathroom shower/tub is too high to enter safely. the floor of the tub is very slick and slippery. needs hand rail and non slip surface and step to ease useage of tub/shower. marble floor when exiting adds to slip & fall.

Pros: The hotel was lovely, situated in a great position for the old part of prague. the staff were very profesional but friendly and the resteraunt was fantastic both for food and service.

"The hotel was well located, and the service was excellent"

Pros: The hotel was well located, and the service was excellent. all staff were polite, friendly and helpful. the room was always sparkling clean and the facilities were brilliant. the staff were very professional at all times. the security of the hotel was very good, you had to use your door pass to operate the lifts.
Cons: The price of movies through the hotel was rather expensive - approximately £15 per movie, which were not all new ones.
