"Well located, staff very helpful and friendly"

Pros: Well located, staff very helpful and friendly. rooms beautifully furnished with a luxury feel. rooms were well equipped and the maid service was excellent. we did not eat at the hotel as it was quite expensive but then prague was generally expensive but this perhaps is due to the current exchange rate. it was my birthday during our stay and the hotel sent me a card and a birthday cake which i thought was nice touch
