Pros: The reception staff was very helpful and they tried to make me satisfied when they know that i was honeymooner, and they upgrade my room they tried to help me as well as they can
Cons: If you need anything at the restaurant and you ask anyone of the staff , they will never answer your question plus they will make you feel like a guilty ( i don't know why )

Pros: We were upgraded to the executive wing and the room was excellent, the dining area was outstanding - with breakfast on the terrace overlooking prague. we also had a patio and seating outside our room. the choice of food at breakfast time was excellent.

Pros: It was very clean and in the center of the city. so you can walk anywhere you want to go or take a tram after a short (5 mins.) walking. our room was comfortable.
Cons: They did a mistake in hotel bill, but fiixed it after i warned them. and hotel stuff could have been more friendly.

Pros: We found the moevenpick hotel to be very clean and comfortable for the price we paid and breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety. did not have any other meals there as there are plenty of nice restaurants about 5 minutes' walk away although fairly steep up to hotel. trams about 5 minutes away and were excellent to travel around city.
Cons: Wish it was a little nearer the centre as after several hours sightseeing it would have been nice to be able to walk back to hotel for a rest, although this is not their fault. also would have liked double bed not 2 separate singles.

Gastronomic services are provided by two restaurants and two bars. The large and bright NH Prague Restaurant, with a capacity of up to 258 guests, is situated in the main building. It serves intrnational cuisine including Czech and Swiss specialties. Seasonal dishes and regular Sunday Family Brunches complete the extensive offering of the NH. The lobby bar, located next to the main reception, invites you to enjoy delicious snacks. The Il Giardino restaurant has 64 seats. The large outside summer terrace in the executive building seats 70 and has views of the city of Prague. Here, you may enjoy premium Mediterranean cuisine. The Tower lounge bar and terrace on the top of the executive building offers splendid view across spires of Prague.
