Pros: The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. the location near a tram line was ideal.room was spacious and had all the facilities one might expect but does not always find.
Cons: It was unfortunate that our stay coincided with a heat wave with the result that it was extremely hot at night necessitating the windows being left open. the down side of this was the noise which made sleep hard to find.

Pros: Lovely reception staff!
big, bright, clean rooms
near beautful park, with stunning views of the old town.
Cons: -i didn't realise that even though on a map, this hotel is near the old town, you must go down a massive hill to get there- definately a struggle to get back up.
no lift, so not necessarily appropriate for those with disabilities.
no staff from 8pm-7.30am so phone calls from outside hotel do not get put through to room!
rooms not cleaned- only sheets changed-during stay.
