Price was excellent for the offering. It is a pension, so they don't make up the room or change the towels, but the room was pretty clean. Just little things like rust stain in the shower, and there was no wall mount for the shower head. Towels and sheets were noticeably worn. One pillow was very lumpy, the other very comfortable. Room has fridge and electric kettle, but no hair dryer. Plenty of outlets and lighting. I believe each room has a private bath, but the room next door to us - their private bath was across the hall from their room.Was a little sketched out because you have to go through several locked doors and a black iron gate to get to the rooms, but the area turned out to be very safe.Paid 105 Euro for 3 nights.
Pros: The breakfast they provided was ok
Cons: There is no elevator and we were living on the 4th floor. it was a hell of effort to pull that luggage up without any help from the staff to our floor

Nearby there is the Charles bridge, the Prague castle and other historical monuments. And on top of that, there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops near Pension Tara. Furthermore, the main train station and the bus station are both 10 minutes away by metro.
