"Hotel staff is what made this hotel as well as the location"
Pros: Hotel staff is what made this hotel as well as the location. the staff were very helpful about informing us on what trams and trains to take to get to the tourist sites. they were able to setup tours of all types as well. the breakfast food was above par, and the staff kept the food stocked through out the morning. this hotel is not located in the city center but a a short 5-10 min tram ride (right outside the hotel about 50 yards away) into the city center as well as the major attractions in prague. take the #12 tram to get to most of the sites. i recommend taking the 119 bus from the airport to the metro a station (where the bus terminates at) then take line a to muzeum stop and transfer over to line c. once you get to the metro stop exit the station and look left and you will see the hotel about 400m down the road. take either the 5, 12 or 15 tram one stop and it will drop you off close to the hotel.
Cons: The only negative thing that we experienced was that people are allowed to smoke in the hotel (lobby and at the bar) and smoke would come into our room from other rooms on the 2nd floor. if you get the street side room, if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the trams going by, but it did not bother us to much.
