"Superb staff and fantastic location"
Pros: Superb staff and fantastic location.
Cons: Temperature problems. breakfast area too cold. rooms too hot to sleep in with underfloor heat on all night. don't want the draught of air-con just want the heat to turn off at night. had to open windows. other guests also said they found it hard to sleep, and what an awful waste of fuel to have heating and air-con on at same time!
Pros: Beautiful room although a little dark. front desk staff very friendly.
Cons: Credit card machine broke which was a hassle when checking out.

Pros: I was delighted by the very convenient central location, the stylish appearance, the comfort of my room. all the provisions(food , drink, other amenities) and services were first-rate, the staff (especially the reception) being exceptionally courteous, genial and helpful. i enjoyed my four nights there so much i would recommend it to anyone visiting prague for the first time and would love to return with my wife next time. i have no criticism of the hotel savic at all. my stay was pure pleasure.

"The location could not have been better! the hotel was just minutes from..."
Pros: The location could not have been better! the hotel was just minutes from the old town square, as well as good restaurants and shopping. the staff were mostly friendly and spoke english pretty well. the hotel was overall clean and inviting. the towels were nice and the bathroom amenities were adequate. our room was unlike any hotel room we have stayed in before; we were in the suite, which was decorated with paintings on the walls and ceiling and had exposed wooden beams. the bed was a real king sized bed, not just two double beds pushed together, and the linens were clean. overall, the room was very quiet.
Cons: The shower flooded frequently and the shower door hit the toilet when opened just enough to enter. ordering more towels was difficult because the reception did not know where they were kept, so they would give us a hard time. bathrobes would have been appreciated. housekeeping seems to rush through the room, so we had to wear slippers at all times because the floor was dusty and dirty. they do not replace or clean the glasswear during your stay. the sheets felt like sandpaper. the internet was spotty and required a code daily for use; it also had to be used outside the room in the common areas because the cord they provided did not work (they said no one used it). there was some construction noise during our stay because they were doing some minor renovations in the restaurant. smoking was allowed in the lobby and restaurant area, and staff would smoke outside the elevator so it was unavoidable. a few staff members were not very friendly, and they gave terrible directions. for example, what they said was a five minute walk in fact took 35 minutes. lastly, breakfast should be extended until 11 am. because of the time change, i never woke in time for breakfast. i went down one morning at 10:07 am and they would not even serve me toast and coffee. they would only let me purchase items off the lunch menu.

"Location, staff on reception exceptionally nice, very helpful and friendly"
Pros: Location, staff on reception exceptionally nice, very helpful and friendly.breakfast was excellent.the one special touch i loved was an super coffee machine in our room,a nespresso it was filled up each day with fresh water and new pods.
Cons: Our room was on the 4th floor, the lift went up to the 3rd only,so to get to ours we had to go up a spiral staircase, that was no problem when we seen our room,it was large with low beams and the bathroom was beautiful.however we could hear every word coming from our neighbours room.there was no soundproofing at all.
Pros: Good central location to the town. the hotel room and facilities very good very cosy bed.
Cons: Unfortunately there was refurbishment and renorvation of the dining area going on during our stay and the lounge chair in our room was removed and not replaced for a whole day. also not much choice of hot breakfast which was cold and the renorvation work was going on in the dining area through breakfast which meant a lot of dust, banging and noise throughout breakfast and we were having to step over cables and wires

"Excellent location"
Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: Yes we booked a double room and were given a twin. no apologies or reasons from the hotel staff, just 'this is the only room left- so you are having it'. i booked and paid for a double room a long time in advance, so why was i given a twin? not good enough for a hotel of this standard.

Cons: Not a moan ,but we would of appreciated free wifi in the rooms as well as the lobbies..
Pros: This is a charming hotel. however, there is a lot of noise from the streets. the brunch was quite good, and the service from teh concierge/reception was very good most of the time.
Cons: Noise from the streets.

"This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and the rooms are huge!! the staff..."
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and the rooms are huge!! the staff are very friendly and on arrival while sipping our free drink the receptionist talked us through the best sights to see and how to get there which was really helpful. it's in a great location in the old part of the city so everything was on our doorstep. if i stayed in prague again i would definitely stay at this hotel again, it was absolutely perfect.
Cons: Can't say a negative thing about this hotel.
