Praha hlavni nádrazí station

Prague is the center of all rail travel within the Czech Republic. It has two major train stations to service the country. Trains go on their way from Prague to all points north and south within the country as well as to international destinations. The largest train station in this city is Hlavní Nádrazí.
Hlavní Nádrazí is the Main Station or the Wilsonova Station. All the trains from Frankfort, Kraków, Munich, and Salzburg arrive here. It accepts most of the train traffic from Vienna and Budapest as well. If you are going anywhere within the Czech Republic, you can catch a train from the Main Station. The structure is a thing of beauty. It has a Art Nouveau hall under a large dome. The color scheme, however, is far from inspiring. Yet, it is efficient. It also features all the extras travelers have come to expect. There are maps, kiosks, exchange bureaus, a baggage storage counter, travel offices, ATMs, and places to shop.
