Pros: Excellent location only one metro stop from wenceslas square, room was spacious, clean and daily service. excellent value for the money we paid. positioned in a quiet side street so it was sp peaceful and we slept well in the comfortable beds.
Cons: Breakfast was very disappointing especially as there was no english tea and food selection was very limited with nothing hot served. for a four star hotel surprised not to have any tea/coffee in room and t.v. did not have a remote which was inconvenient. when reported to reception they supplied a remote that didn't work with the t.v.
