Pros: Staff could not have been more helpful, rooms were very clean and location was good, so for price this was a very good stay, would recommend to a friend
Cons: Breakfast room was too small for number of guests, food was adequate but for price was very acceptable

Pros: The staff were very knowledgable about prague and surrounding tourist areas. their help with booking trains and buses was really appreciated.

Pros: The reception was excellent.
Cons: Our room was so hot it made me feel ill and there was no way of getting a breeze into it. on reflection we should have asked to change rooms but imagined the room would cool down during the night - it did not. i have lived in the tropics and never been so hot at night.

Pros: Everything- the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and cleaning services and the location were infallible. clean and large rooms, these are equivalent in size and standard to a 4 star hotel in prague that i have also stayed in. they are like small apartments. the conventional kitchen size fridge allows you to buy food and drink to store in the hotel room, which is very useful. the staff are so friendly and helpful, there is a very warm atmosphere to this hotel. easy to get to from anywhere in prague, day or night. i could not rate this place any higher.

Pros: Rooms were spacious and comfortable.breakfast was basic but fine for the money we paid.reception staff very helpful and the dining room staff worked hard and did a good job keeping everywhere clean and tidy.
Cons: It would have been nice to have more of a reception area and it seemed odd to have to check in at the hotel opposite when we arrived late.

Pros: Desk staff was very helpful and recommended transportation, restaurants, and sites to visit. they provided maps, plotted routes, and advised on quality and cost of restaurants. aslo allowed us to use the desk internet connection to get e-mail. breakfast was good. same food each day but offered 2 cereals, yogurt, apples, oranges, apple juice, orange juice, selection of breads and rolls, butter, 3 jams, and a tray of cheeses and a tray of salami, ham and another meat.
Cons: There was no telephone in the room. there was no internet hard wire or wireless available in room but could "borrow" a connection at the front desk.
