Cons: Minibar empty, nog safetybox, no coffee and thee facalities on the room, not on all tables salt an pepper in the breakfast restaurant

Cons: The room was very small and was not as good as the picture. the price of the spa displayed both in the room or in the catalog are wrong. overall quality is poor and there is plenty of better (cheaper) choices around (e.g., imperial hotel for business or fox hotel for young travelers)

Pros: We came to ascot with our three-year old daughter and were pleased to see a room, which was more an apartment than a hotel room. it was large enough to play there, a bathroom was also large, and we have a small kitchen too. excellent!! also, a location of the hotel was very well connected to the public transport needed to explore the zoo and the denmark aquarium. tivoli garden and central station was within few hundred meters walking distance. breakfast was also very nice! we would recommend the hotel to families with children and to mature travellers.
Cons: When we asked the staff at the reception to extend check-out time for a few hours (we had a late evening flight, and our daughter still sleeps during the day) they were not very flexible. we explained that the kid will be very tired waiting for the flight and asked if we can use the room until 3 p.m. (regular check-out was at 11 a.m.). they said that if we stay longer than 1 p.m. we need to pay a daily rate (around 150 euros!!). we were willing to pay a part of the daily rate, but to pay for 24-hours only to use the room for 2-3 hours??!! we would recommend the management to be more flexible to their guests, especially to families with small children. thank you!!
