Pros: Location
Cons: On my last day before checking out the was no hot water at 9:30 am to take a shower, i had to shave with cold water and didn't take shower didn't reclaim that, i asked if i could stay couple of hours more but they charge 100 dk per hour and it was a tuesday , i e mailed the hotel how to arrive from central train station to hotel , didn't get any reply, i used my gps it was walking distance. they chance the beds every 3 days, room very smal specially the wc and shower u have to take shower only in the morning after u finish everything because all the wc will be wet. very smal bed

Pros: Very good location and helpful staff
Cons: The rooms are ridiculously small. i booked a triple room and when you get the third bed from under the bunk bed, there is no more room to move. the shower / toilet is very small as well.

Pros: All necessary services wrapped in a compact package.
Cons: In-room flat-screen television was not in an optimized angle for decent viewing, and the position was not adjustable.

Pros: The room was very clean the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great. very centrally located great beds. just would have liked to have more computer access when children were palying games and you would like to check email. overall good place to stey and would use it again.

Cons: The entrance way should be kept cleaner. breakfast was a little too expensive but okay. food that is left out should be covered not exposed as it was.

Pros: Location location location. clean and updated. the rooms were fantastic. i even had a little balcony. the contiental breaskfast was terrific.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable beds,tea and coffee, liked the choice of colourfor the bedding and towels
Cons: Reception staff very busy and stressed could do with blackoutcurtains in the rooms lots of people in the lounge - shame there wasn't a bar/cafe (too busy in reception to even consider buying anything there

Pros: The hotel was clean, staff were nice and the location was central.
Cons: The pictures on the website were misleading regarding the rooms. we booked a room for three people, and the photo indicated the room would have two double beds. instead the room was tiny, with a bunk bed, and a pull out, which once was out, left barely any space to move or leave luggage. there was barely any closet space and the bathroom was not user-friendly. the shower was not separate, so you showered onto the floor of the bathroom. the bathroom itself was really tiny, and was not suitable for three people.

Pros: This hotel is in the perfect position to enable access to all of copenhagens attractions. the hotel is very clean and there was plenty of food at breakfast. maybe 3 to a room was pushing it though
