Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I was charged for taking a sandwich at breakfast for lunch, even though i was informed that i could take as much as i like. even though a member of staff was fully aware of what i had done, i was not informed that i would be charged. furthermore, on the second day for breakfast there was not enough food.
