The hotel is in walking distance of Nyhavn and has a pleasant designed breakfast room and reading room. The personal is unfortunately unskilled and one has trouble to get full breakfast shortly before 10 o' clock as they want to finish tidying up. (as we came from Greenland we had a jet lag and wanted to sleep as long as possible......)Otherwise helpful deskman with taxi and city maps.

Pros: Hotel was located in a very quiet neighborhood of copenhagen. staff was very friendly, willing to help. especially loved the breakfast and the tea/coffee available all the time. receptionist found us a vacant room when we arrived from canada mid-morning and without sleep.

Pros: Friendly staff at front desk. decent value for money. bit of a mixed bag with this hotel: it was very middle-of-the-road in our experience; we've had a lot better for similar money but copenhagen is expensive in general.

Pros: Staff really friendly and helpful
Cons: I had a leak/gutter falling right onto my bed during the big storm; however, i was promptly changed to another room. only other negative maybe the tiny size
of the tv in the room.
