"the flavors"

The bathroom has a flavor and it will not go away! The bathroom door must be closed to seal in the flavor! Also stains on the carpet and that blanket on the bed needs to be thrown out. Other than that not too bad.

"helpful front desk and excellent location"

the front desk staff were very helpful on giving tips and directions. we took a cruise and stayed here for one night. they kept our luggage since it was too early to check-in and the rooms were not ready. we had two rooms. the hotel is just steps away from the central station, tivoli gardens and walking distance to everything. one of our room is facing the tivoli garden, so, it was a nice view. we didn't hear any noise at all unless, u open the big windows. the other room has a balcony facing the railroad tracks. my kids wasn't bothered by the noise either and they slept like a baby. the rooms are big and it has airconditiong (reason why i booked in this hotel). their breakfast are sufficient, hot and cold offerings and plentiful. they even have salmon and all kinds of cheeses and typical danish breads. they are very generous with their food. i recommend this hotel.

helpful front desk and excellent location

Copenhagen Plaza achieves its 4-star rating admirably. This is an excellent option for those who require a larger selection of rooms to choose from. Staying here puts you in a good position for easy access to Istedgade, Christiansborg Palace plus University of Copenhagen Botanical Garden. Tivoli is a great place to visit from here. A museum visit is always interesting; try the nearby IMAX Tycho Brahe Planetarium or Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek museum. One of the not to be missed locations close at hand is Assistens Kirkegard.

At Copenhagen Plaza, breakfast is free for guests. A restaurant and a bar/lounge are also located on the premises. Services offered by the accommodation include a limousine service, a luggage storage and a bell boy service. Business meetings can be organised in one of 5 meeting rooms. Total rooms: 93.
