The Zoological Museum of Denmark takes visitors on a trip through time to meet different animal and plant species. Starting in the Ice Age visitors will see Mammoths and other animals that dominated the glacier planes of the world. The displays are organized in several ways. The animals are organized by Vertebrates, Quaternary Zoology, Invertebrates, and Entomology. There is also a display called Feathers which explores feathered dinosaurs, birds from around the world, and the different ways Man uses feathers.
The Zoologicial Museum has been around since the late 1500s and the early 1600s when Professor Ole Worm founded the institution.
