 "this is my life"
I had a big problem with the guy at reception at night. He was rude with me and shout to me while I was there, because I invited a friend to my room. He made my time there a nightmare, trying to control what I did every time. It is the first time it happens to me in a hotel. It is unbelievable that things like that happen in a hotel today. I wont recommend this hotel at all. Location, room and cleanliness are average.

 "Amazing location"
My friend and I recently stayed at the saga. The location was amazing as so close to main attractions, train station, shopping and restaurants.The service at the hotel was fantastic. We arrived early, they stored our luggage and then came back later. They were always friendly and willing to help. Some reviews said the area was dodgy which I would agree with however we never felt unsafe. We were on the road side of the building and only once did we find it noisy and that was due to road works ratherThan general

 "A pleasant enough hotel"
Good location, next to Tivoli Gardens and the train station. Rooms (with shared bathroom) are on the small side and the walls are quite thin, otherwise you get what you paid for.

Pros: Short walk to central station and some local cafes. room/beds/ensuite all clean and comfortable and towels replaced daily. free access to wi-fi but you have to ask for the access code. strong signal.
Cons: No lift. a real pain when lugging heavy bags up to rooms on upper levels and no assistance offered by staff. no tea/coffee making facilities in room or foyer. local area fairly unsavoury with drunks in the street at all hours and strip joints just a few doors away. inner courtyard is very noisy at night and early morning.
