"Apart from my basic serious complaint on the booking--and charging--most..."

Pros: Apart from my basic serious complaint on the booking--and charging--most things were reasonable but there were no particularly positive experiences.
Cons: My booking experience with the agent, and the hotel's operational relationship with the agent, was entirely negative, resulting in my being charged four nights when i only stayed three. a mistake was made in the booking dates, but both hotel and agent refused to adjust the dates. an easily rectified mistake resulted in a monetary gain for the agent and the hotel and a loss for the customer. the event resulted technically in a 'no show' for which i was unfairly charged, when agant and hotel had more than once been advised well in advance of my actual arrival and departure dates. this is an unfair trading practice, and commonsene suggests that these practices are certain to lose the hotel customers. in addition, while the room was otherwise excellent, the airconditioning could not cope, and there was never water hot enough for a bath.

Pros: Nice decoration,friendly stuff,ten minutes walk to the central station-two min with bike,nice pool,will be more beautiful when it's completely ready(but probably even more expensive!)
Cons: Nothing special,maybe a better sense(and only sense)of clearness,and sure cheaper rent for the bikes(it would be better and for the hotel for advertising reasons!)
