"Very clean, staff were friendly"

Pros: Very clean, staff were friendly. good hotel.
Cons: It was a bit of a hike from the city centre (20 min walk) and bikes were pretty expensive to hire from the hotel - however, as we discovered, everything is expensive in copenhagen! also had no washing facilities, and couldn't advise where any were.

"Clean, tidy, modern"

Pros: Clean, tidy, modern. very helpful bi-lingual staff. rooms were small but perfectly adequate.
Cons: We had some problems with the 'key cards' - they seemed to un-programme a lot! also, we would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in the room, but not a big problem
