Having stayed at the hotel previously and our room was to the front - it was a pleasant stay.
This visit, our room was to the back of the hotel, where we were subjected to thumping, loud music from an adjacent night club which kept us awake until 2.30am. the room was cold as the heating in the room was not working either.WOOLFENDEN

We were able to leave our cases at the hotel (for safe keeping) before we were able to book in and afer we booked out. we thought that this was a very good service. the staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly.The beds were very uncomfortale ( when you were lying on the bed we could feel the springs through the mattress ) when you stand up out of the bed we found we had marks on our bodies from the springs, also if you move on the mattress it was very noisey.Anonymous

Rooms were spotless and they also do a very good breakfastDouble glazing in but even with windows closed, fairly annoying traffic noise throughout night. restaurant and bar closed for refurbishment which the website should have stated!Anonymous

The facade of the hotel makes you wonder if you're in the right place, but once inside it's a pleasant surprise to find clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
