The staff were very helpful and accommodating. free tea or coffee with a small snack were available throughout the day, which was especially welcome in the winter! the facilities and room were also very comfortable and up to the expected standard of such a place.
The bathtub had some stains left over from the non-slip rubbermat that used to be there. the floors also creak very loudly whenever someone moves around - i could hear the people moving about in the room above me and my own floor also creaked when i moved around. it is an old house! but otherwise well-maintained.
