Location was convenient as my 5 day seminar was being held in the ballsbridge inn
The staff didn't care and were quite unhelpful..... the problem lies with the management as the staff (with the exception of the reception staff)obviously had no training and customer service did not exist Anonymous

Excellent standard of room kept immaculate. very peaceful location for the city. plenty of public transport access on main bus routes and dart train station just a couple of minutes walk away. very helpful staff, polite and friendly.Just generally expensive for food and drink although not specific to ballsbridge, as dublin in general seems to be very overpriced for eating and drinking, which is a shame as it is very off putting.Anonymous

Nice furniture, big rooms and a lot of mirrors which is great!There is no wireless internet within the rooms. the part of the hotel where we stayed with was not having the heating at good level so it was somehow cold within the room.
