Catch the air coach from the airport, stops just across the road from the hotel on "o connel" street. friendly staff, good service, recommend, will use again.
Nothing, all on the plus side.

The location of this hotel was good to see friends and good for catching taxi and buses.
I asked about keeping my luggage before i stay, and i got the answer they say ok if you write your name and your check in date, we will keep that till you check in. however, when i brought my luggage to the hotel, the woman at the reception told me that i cannot do that and show the e-mail i got ..unfortunatelly, because i just put the e-mail in the rubbish bin cos, i thought i didn`t need it anymore, i couldn`t find it at that time and therefore, i have to carry it to the place where somebody could keep it ...it was really heavy and i was so exhausted and the woman was so arrogant for me. that made my impression for this hotel worse.

Very welcoming reception staff, first impressions were excellent and was not disapointed throughout our stay.room was excellent and spotless.
Only that we could not get into our room with any of our door cards ... apparently you have to keep them from being in contact with your mobile phones....otherwise they get wiped of their data ,,, didnt know this...

The luggage room was open and unattended, which given today's security issues, particularly for overseas air travellers is totally unacceptable. if the room was locked it would be an improvement on the present arrangements. we vacated on 11 september, the anniversary of 9-11 and to have left our luggage after having checked out in the "open" luggage room, then flying back to the uk would contravene airline regulations.

We are told that the luggages that are left in the hotel ( to be picked later ) are at our own risk. no attendence is on hand to provide assistance to put the luggages in the small roon space. really a disappointment after a very pleasant stay in dublin.

Excellent, friendly service; wifi internet worked very well; room was well-soundproofed against outside noise (bar four floors below did not bother us); rooms very spacious by european standards; requested additions (baby cot/crib) was already set up in room (unlike three previous hotels in same trip).
Room decor was memorable: leopard print chairs, polkadot curtains, striped sheets, plaid carpeting, and a flower-pattern print on the wall. all neat and clean, but wow.

Hotel looks great and everything is of a high standard. prompt checking in and out. excellent breakfast. hotel very convenient to o'connoll street.
Hotel a little difficult to find first time, especially when driving around dublin. room a little small and far from the lift although it was adequate for our needs.

Rafae was lovely, really helpful and friendly on the reception for a night wachman. the bar staff on the thursday night were very nice. the room was really clean and the bed was very comfy. brilliant location as only took one or two minutes to get to the shops, slightly further to temple bar but under 10 minutes. great locations for buses, we arrived bt aircoach which stopped at o'connell st, pretty much outside the hotel after you walk round the corner, and we went to slane castle for a concert and again the buses were only a short walk - 2mins away.
Abacus, the asian restaurant was not as good as we had expected, at one point we were the only customers and the food was not great, the waitress was not as friendly as anyone else in the hotel, very stand off-ish, overall we were dissappointed with the restaurant service and the food in abacus.

Receptionist when booking out was not so friendly, and was more busy correcting us than thanking us for our stay.
