I was very satisfied with my stay at bewleys airport hotel. there were some shortcoming with the dinner which had a very 'mass produced' quality to it - i had the battered codWe had no problem with the hotel but there was a communication problem between easytobook and the hotel. when i called ahead a few days before arriving they had no record of the booking i had made though easytobook. i was able to get a room anyway at the same terms and i think the hotel later found the 'connection'. but something like this is worrying for the future use of easytobook. one would like to think that a booking made actually means there will be a room there when i arrive.Anonymous

This hotel is beautiful and the staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful. i stayed at another airport hotel a few weeks before and will not stay there again, it was so noisey with traffic outside, pillows hard as bricks and so hot,even on a cool evening, i got little sleep, plus they do not run the courtesy bus 24 hours, give me bewleys every time !!!!!!!!!!!!The hairdryer did not work in my room, the re4ception staff were very good and tried to get maintainence to help me out,that didnt happen however i was ok.doctor

Service at the bar was friendly and very adequate. i appreciated the energy saving feature in the room which required the access card.Breakfast food quality and value were very poor. scrambled eggs had water running from them. the looked overdone. staff was not warm or friendly at front desk.Clark
