The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful
I would only say that on my reservation said that breakfast was included and actually wasn't

The kitchen is pretty small. considering the number of beds/dorms the hotel is providing, it is very congested during lunch/dinner time.

Toilets are really bad, 14 people in one room, have to pay 2 euros extra for blankets...
