In the heart of the city centre, less than 10minutes walk from temple bar but still very quiet. good quality/quantity of breakfast and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The ensuite bathroom was a bit cramped and the hotel didnt have a lift which may affect some people. neither of these things affected my stay at all - when i go to dublin again i will stay there!
