We were very impressed with the bedroom, from the facilities, comfort and cleaning of the room. when you have a familiy it is very important to have a good room. we also were very impressed with the large reception and bar areas and leisure facilities, definitely children orientated.
The only small point would be that there is not enough staff on to to deal with checking in and checking out.

The room was very clean, we didn't wait long at any point to be served at the reception
We felt as though the information we had been given about the hotel and its location was misleading. it was further out than we expected from the city centre.

This was a modern and clean hotel with everything that we needed. the rooms were of a good size and modern. we didnt eat at the hotel so couldnt comment on food although we did have breakfast one morning which was good.
It was approx 30 euros in a taxi from dublin centre, although there is a bar which serves food right by the hotel and a shopping centre within walking distance with more places to eat snd everything you need.

Cheerful, helpful staff. clean and tidy rooms.
Problems with room key cards that most of the hotel seemed to suffer from. experience in restaturant was quite negative, given that they had two waiting staff working on valentine's day, which meant nearly a 2 hour wait for food. pictures on website do not acurrately reflect the hotel... pictures of river views were in reality views of wasteground of a developing industrual estate!

The room contained the biggest bed i've ever seen! it was a marvellous, marvellous nights sleep
The hotel has very friendly staff but doesn't seem like there are enough of them. first of all a light blew in the room and, after two days (and three reminders), they hadn't replaced it, the room hadn't been cleaned properly and we tried to order room service and the phone was engaged for two hours (they'd obviously take it off the hook). the location isn't ideal for those travelling into dublin, but is convenient for airport.

The staff gave a very good first impression. and that was maintained to the end!
It's a pity there is not another set of lifts - it's a very long walk when you are at the end of the building.
