The bathroom door was stuck & one of us got locked within the bathroom.
the tv was not programmed to pick up any local channel. we reported this on the first night but it was not repaired for our second night.Anonymous

The hotel was clean, location was good and beds very comfortableWhen we arrived to at the hotel we were told there was a problem with a number of rooms and we would have to stay at the citywest hotel. we were not informed of this untilwe showed up for check in . i overheard the manager telling a number of tourists (unfimilar with dublin) this hotel was 20 minutes away possibly if you are travelling by helicopter but not in dublin trafic. the citywest hotel was 10 euro pp more expensive which in itself is not the point but why should the guest have to foot the bill. we told them we not going to citywest but the location did not suit but would consider a number of hotels nearby. they found a room for us in the hotel after all but the expiernce was a put off.Torres

Arrived early and was able to check in to room. also able to leave bags on day of departure as had a late flight. staff very friendly and helpful. lovely large room. very convenient location. excellent value for money. bruce
