I used the carpark service while i was out of the country. having arrived back in dublin airport at 21.00hrs, i finally found the location of the direct line phone to the hotel, to order the bus pick. this is not in a prominant location. i was then informed the bus would collect me in 10-15 minutes. i found information given to me about the courtesy bus pick-up point in the airport was too vauge, so i had to stand out in the open, in the dark, at 2 degrees c while trying to see where the bus would actually stop. after 1 hour wait the bus finally came. i will not be using this service again.

It was easy to get to the airport early the next day (very nice shuttle driver!).
The food in the restaurant wasn't great and the service was really slow.

Non illuminated signs make it difficult to find at night. car parking very limited. presence of burly security gaurd at reception gave concern about safety of the area.

Clean, tidy and an excellent restaurant. the loaction in a somewhat run-dwon part of town is not great, but the area seems to be undergoing a renovation, and so might improve with tome.
The person at reception did not smile once and left a rather negative impression.

The room was fairly inexpensive, and the airport shuttle is great.
It is far from the city. the hostess said told us when dinner would be served but when we went down the staff in the restaurant said that they had a group come in and could not serve us. also, we told the waitress that we were paying in cash but insisted on taking our room number and when we checked out they tried to charge us for the dinner again. very bad communication and service. restaurant was horrible, i got sick.

The room was very stuffy and hot when we arrived and didn't cool down easily even with the window open (no ac in the room). received a lot of traffic noise as a result of having the window open.

The driver that picked us up from the airport was really friendly and helpful
The staff at the hotel was unorganized, inept and rude. right off when we arrived at the airport shuttle pickup location the gentleman running the airport shuttle called and asked if there were any calls for a pick up and the front desk said no, even though i had called just 6 minutes earlier. then they failed to give us the wake up call i requested. and to top it off when i complained about it they called me a liar and said i did not request a wake up call. then when i asked to speak with the manager i was flat told no.
