The staff were very nice.
There wasn't any complimentary shampoo or toothpaste (we were under the impression they would, and left ours at home. also the "60" television channels they advertised were non-existent... only a few managed to make a cloudy appearance on our miniature tv through a frayed wire. there also wasn't any option for 'do not disturb'.
