Position of the hotel very good.reception staff were most pleasant and helpful in every respect. room as expected and clean with towels daily. breakfast (we took it only 1 day) was good and 1 waitress quite pleasant though we were left to our own devices once 2 slices of toast arrived with no follow up of any other toast or anything else! also there was only 1 window seat available, the rest were sectioned off by dining room chairs so the experience of sitting overlooking the 'square' lost...except we asked if we could move to the window and after saying yes the waitress left us to move the chairs and set our own table saying, ' just use the stuff on the other tables!' experience spoilt and left with the impression that more thought need to be given to this part of the day. 
As above and would put situation down to training and supervision of staff rather than individual attitudes.Anonymous
