Staff were excellent,very friendly and helpfull.
rooms were spacious and well equipped for price 
Broken toilet seat in our room, some staining on the carpet, and my girlfriend found the lack of a vanity mirror in the bedroom near a power socket to straighten her hair a pain,
(only mirror in bathroom)

Staff un helpfull with business needs, rooms were in poor condition, hairdryer broken, iron faulty, tiles missing bathroom, number of event thats continue duntil late into teh night at weekend, no good for young familiesAnonymous

General disinterst from staff. constant onterruptions from housekeeping to check rooms that we occupied, no appologies for disturbances$ did not eat in hotel since dining staff seemed disinterested altho bar staff and fine. morrison

The hotel is great the only trouble we had was the price. why because the hotel were offering at half the price, the price was changed after arguging the toss with the manager.
i would not book with you again as we all feel cheated.Nothing kelly

It was very accomidating. i really liked that we had access to the gym, pool, sauna, etc. city bus stop to city centre is right accross the street. takes about 40 min. to get to center by bus. and the bus is only 2 euro each way! a cab is about 25 euro to the center. In the description it says they hotel has a jacuzzi. i chose to stay here rather than other hotels because they said they had one. i was really looking forward to soaking in a nice hot jacuzzi to find that they did not have one yet. they said they are planning to build one with a whole spa center.
