The rooms were clean and comfortable and had most accessories that are required. was easily accessible by bus as it stopped right out front. staff generally helpful. The reception staff and concierge seemed confused about who should offer what information. eg neither was sure whose role it was to book a taxi....so we hailed one in the morning. the room facilities suggested there was a minibar in the room yet we couldn't find it.Anonymous

We could not fault this hotel,high standard of cleanliness lovely bathrooms + courteous staff the only negative comment would be the price of breakfast although to be fair we did not partake so it may have been worth 22eurosLarge

The gresham is a lovely hotel convenient for shoppping and within walking distance of croke park so great for concerts too. good sized room with everything you need for overnight stays, quick check inOver priced breakfast, you can get it a third of the price in a number of restaurants within a minute or two of the hotel.Anonymous

The rooms were comfortable if in need of a little tlc, and the staff for the most part helpful and obliging.We were told that we could not have irish coffee in the lounge area on saturday night due to the immense volumes of take that fans that had wandered in hoping to find the band at our hotel. the bar staff said they were too busy to serve irish coffee and sent us away. one of our party complained to the reception staff upon leaving, and they were appalled. the staff are not supposed to refuse reasonable requests from guests and the receptionist duly notified the manager.
