The apartments opened in September 2008, on an ideal location near Grafton street shopping area, the Guinness hob store visitor centre, Temple Bar and opposite the LUAS tram line stop which runs every 4 to 8 minutes.

The apartment block was just across the road from the luas which was fantastic. the aprartment was functional, and fitted our needs as we were sight seeing all day.
The apartments are very close to a rough area in dublin, which i had not realised when i booked. that said we only slept there as we were out and about all day.beveridge
