The rooms were clean and well kept. the location of the hotel was very good for access to the city.Eating in the hotel extremely difficult. horendous wait for food time after time. quality of food was adequate but often what was on the menu was not available. staff in the bar and restaurant area seemed as though they couldn't be bothered and were rude and ignored many customers. part of the problem seemed to be the use of only one till so huge queues for paying were common.palmer

Good service to a certain degree. room well equiped.Screeming dors,neded oil. very slow drainage from the wash-basin, i complained; it was not repaired. i asked for one early morning call-it never came through.Musgrave

We stayed in the hotel 4 a concert in d rds. the hotel had a bbq prepared that night after the concert and they also sold the cds and t-shirts before the concert. it is just around the corner from the rds so is in a perfect location.
our hotel room was not ready until 2:30 but that was fine. we had booked a double room and the hotel put us into a suite. this room had 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and shower. it had 1 big bedroom and a sitting room/dinning room, a walk in wardrobe room and 2 tv's. we were shocked at the size of what we given for the same price as what we ordered. it was amazing.
our rooms were clean and very comfortable. they were slightly dated but it was not anything major.
the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. they were very polite also. the bar staff were slow unfortunately but it was a very busy weekend for them with the concert so that was understandable.
we also had 3 other rooms booked in the same hotel that night and everyone felt the same about the hotel. i would definitely stay in the hotel again would recommend it to others especially with anything on in the rds.Gardner

The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to reach from the airport via the blue aircoach.The hotel is situated quite a distance from the city centre and can take 40 minutes to walk, although it's on a bus route the buses seemed few & far between (we never bothered trying to catch one in the end) taxi costs 10-15 euros.
the 'live music' was very disapointing as on friday night this turned out to be karaoke, not what we class as live music and so found a far better more lively and less costly pub down the road. this isn't a bad hotel & is ok for the money but we wouldn't return due to it being too far away from the city centre.Anonymous

Staff friendly food in bar very goodWhen booking it gave impression that the towers was not part of the inn also a swimming pool would be good the older couple found their room cold.
