Not at all what we expected or were lead to believe. no utensils, no pots to cook, the worst room not at all an apartment it was a hotel size room with a sink, two plates to cook on and no fridge! not a townhouse at all! checked out immediatly however the manager would not let us go and insisted we stayed for two days which were the most uncomfortable two days of our holiday!we booked orignally for 11 days and were looking forward to having a townhouse experience not a nightmare experience. would not recommend this hotel to anyone perhaps young people who just need a place to sleep and even then the bed was the most uncomfortable. a terrible hotel!!!!

The room was dated, but very well cleaned. bed linen and towels seemed new. there was a microwave, fridge, and 2 hob rings, so you can make yourself food, although no crocks or utensils, so micro-meals only really! staff were friendly and looked after my luggage until the evening as i had a late flight. the breakfast was huge, i didn't need any lunch after that!
The tv didn't work, but the receptionist informed me that they had called the sky engineer.

Four of us stayed in the apartment. we had 2 bedrooms one with a d/b bed the other with a d/b & a s/b, good sized rooms with wardrobes. there is a lounge & kitchenette with dishwasher & microwave as well as cooker, kettle etc. would of been nice to hace iron & board in room but as only staying over w/e then wasn`t a problem. apartment is nxt to tesco so easy if you need to buy food. the apartment was lovely & clean & very quiet, we all had a good nights sleep on very comfortable beds! in the morning you go nxt door for breakfast which is served till 1pm & as you don`t have to leave apartment to 12 noon this i thought was excellent.

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. room was clean.
The first night we had a room that faced the street and the noise was deafening. we were moved to a room that did not face the street and that was fine. i would recommend that a traveller make sure that he/she books a room that does not face the street.

Really lovely room with mini-kitchen and fridge in a decent location. a great room for a bargain price
The front desk staff gruffly informed us that breakfast was from 8-11 when we inquired, but when we came down at 8 the next morning, they said that it didn't start until 10am because of the holiday so we ended up paying for a breakfast that we couldn't have (and nothing else was open so we went to the airport hungry)
