With regard to the room problem, the young portugese woman on the desk was very helpful, and relocated us to a quiet room. however, the poor people who got our room...... i hope they were not running in the marathon!
The room we had on the first night was at the front of the building. the noise from traffic and people was awful! we did not get any sleep.Anonymous

Staff were friendly and polite.My room was situated at the side of the hotel but the road noise was still loud enough to disturb sleep especially as the room was very warm necessitating an open window at all times. the staff were not able to provide an early breakfast as requeted. Anonymous
