Friendly staff, prompt in bringing the iron and ironing board when requested.
The room was on the main road and all you could hear was the traffic and the noise from the bar below

It is located right besode connolly dart station so the hotel shakes when a train goes by. the shower was not working properly. i was unable to wash my hair as a result. i notified the hotel of this. the window was open in the room when i checked in at 11:30pm so the room was cold for the night.

The bus from the airport takes you almost to the door of the hotel. this hotel is located within 10 minute walk of o'connell street and ideal for the o2 areana (about 15-20 mins walk)
The hotel is next to a train station. the trains do make the building shake at times but this was not noticable during the night.

Nice reception and front room but this is not reflective of the rooms in the back of the hotels - older and tired. as with life, you pay for what you get and this place reflects that.

Websites failed to mention the train runs directly above the hotel, in certain parts of the building shook.. however the bedrooms were not directly affected.
