Staff (fiona and francesco) were extremely friendly and helpful. the location was superb
The bedroom was disappointly small with very little room. also the bathroom where space was at a minimum. breakfast, we thought, was far too expensive (for what it was) so we didn't bother. tea/coffee facilities in our room would have been good, although when we asked for coffee it was brought to us immediately.

The hotel was very clean, certain staff, ie. maids to clean rooms were very pleasant and quick. the room was very comfortable and the car was secure in the car park which is at the rear of the rear of the hotel.
Our negative experience was mostly one of the receptionists who always appeared to be unhappy at being asked for anything who gave the impression she was superior to every other person!!she spoiled the hotel and the other big things was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. we stayed an extra night but after making enquiries found a supposedly 3 start hotel in the area that was actually much nicer and included breakfast for a lot less. our stay for one night in the 3 star was much more pleasant and pembroke coujld take a leaf out of their book.

No tea or coffee in the room - complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in lounge, but would be nice to beable to make a cup in the room.

Loveley location, well presented and decorated. staff very pleasent and helpfull.
We had been given the room in between the reception desk and the dining hall. we could hear the staff talking and banging on the counter. we were also woken up during the night due to people coming back in from a night out. if we had been given a different room the stay would have been faultless.
