Clean,good location, helpful staff.Was it because of our booking being through yourselves, rather than the hotel direct,that we were allocated a room for disabled people inthe basement? breakfast, whilst good was expensive on top of prices which are at the top end.Anonymous

Friendly staff, extremely accommodating. tray of tea whenever you returned to the hotel. great base, quiet. lovely, safe area. loved the sauna and jacuzzi in each room. suitable for most travellers, very personal feel to hotel.Anonymous

The hotel was good. well placed in a vibrant city, well presented and turned out with a welcoming cup of tea on arrival. the room was well equiped with tv's, tea and coffee facilities, jacuzzi and sauna.Only real problems we had were the slightly strange set up in the rooms with jacuzzi and sauna which left the lodge feeling slightly confused. stubbs
