The employees were very considerate. 
Unfortunately we arrrived on a saturday and were given a room that was a smoking room and also that was located right above a popular temple bar pub. the noise lasted till 2am. it was a nightmare! the staff changed our room for the 2nd night. Anonymous

Staff were really polite and helpful. the room was nice and quiet, warm, clean and spacious. with ireland being reputed for its rain it was a nice touch to find an umbrella in our room to use if neccesary (it was!). when we come again we'll be asking for room 406!!
