Staff were really polite and helpful. the room was nice and quiet, warm, clean and spacious. with ireland being reputed for its rain it was a nice touch to find an umbrella in our room to use if neccesary (it was!). when we come again we'll be asking for room 406!!Mazza Paola

La nostra camera aveva la finestra sul cortile interno. durante tutta la nostra permanenza siamo stati disturbati dal rumore dei ventilatori di aspirazione dalle cucine. assolutamente inaccettabile.
la reception aveva assicurato, in seguito alla mia pronta segnalazione del problema, che le ventole sarebbero state fermate alle ore 21 e 30.
invece sono state sempre in moto, ed abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre le finestre chiuse per ridurre il disturbo, soffrendo però il caldo, non essendoci aria condizionata.
ripeto, assolutamente inaccettabile, non ci manderei nessuno.
l'ultima sera sono andato a protestare alle 22 circa: mi hanno detto che le ventole non potevano essere fermate perche' in cucina non vi era piu' nessuno, ed erano andati via lasciando le ventole in moto.
segnalerei la cosa enche a chi e' preposto alla politica ambientale! uno spreco puro!Anonymous
