Great location, great room - size and style! has a boutiquey feel. price was reasonable for what was on offer here and for how pricey dublin can be. for an early breakfast you can't beat the nearby 'the busy bean cafe'!
First impression of room was great but a closer inspection revealed little imperfection eg. when going to make a coffee the first morning i had to wash the teaspoon as it had the sticky residue from it's previous user! towels had a slightly odd smell and i'm not convinced that they were changed for clean ones when i left them on the floor after day two of use. however... i think this level of service varies in relation to who checks the room. the day we saw the manager (a very friendly guy) checking the rooms, upon our return we found our room in a better state than when we checked in... it's a shame that this wasn't our first impression as it would have rated perfectly then.

Beautiful room, recently remodeled. king sized bed, lovely tile bathroom, very nice staff.
The street noise was a little loud but didn't disturb us too much.
