Modern times have seen the end of conquest and imperialism though the history of Egypt would be drastically different if this held true for the past. War and battles were a pivotal part of forming the country and making it one of the most feared and respected kingdoms in the entire ancient world. The weapons of conquest and defense can be found in the Military Museum.
The Military Museum in Cairo is an interesting place for those fascinated with how Egypt was formed. With numerous displays from the Pharaonic Period to Modern Day, the Military Museum houses many interesting relics and replicas used by militaries throughout history.
