Pros: The manager and staffs wll unmderstand the demands of budget travellers visiting cairo. the hotel will provides necessary assistent to visitsightseeing spots through thire affiliated travel agent. enerything is under control, however the hotel is extremely difficult to find, there is visible sign from street, the most of taxi drivers or people living within 500 meters do not know the hotel. in the very old building the only one elevator active to lift you to 16th floor operate to only up to 14th foor, you may decide to go down with disappointment. when you will stay at the hotel, it is relly necessary to have free airport pick up, otherwise reaching to the hotel within 3 hours is extremely difficult.
Cons: The quality of optional tour they offer to giza or nile river cruise is of just fair.

Pros: In egypt it is easy to get ripped of, i arranged to be picked up at the airport and be shuttled to the hotel. our flight was delayed for more than an hour and on arrival the shuttle was was there. i was relieved to see the isis notice board with my name displayed!
Cons: I am sure i paid beforehand but they claim they did not receive payment, so i paid again! on my return home from vacation i will get my money back.

Pros: The staff is marvelous. they go above and beyond. the service that i received was something that i was not expecting based on the price charged. meals were provided and the staff informed me of options that i had to sight see. they told me what to look out for. i will definitely stay there again.
