The Andalusian Gardens Cairo

Finding gardens in the desert may be difficult, finding gardens in a city like Cairo should be impossible. However, this popular metropolitan area supports many fine gardens such as The Andalusian Gardens. As a gift to his wife, Zulfugar Pasha could not have done much better. Established in 1929 the Andalusian Gardens has only grown in splendor. Walkways, exotic flora, and shady areas lay along the Nile River banks. Walkways allow visitors to stroll the grounds with ease. Statues can be found nestled along the paths or under trees. Mosaic steps lead to other sections of the Andalusian Gardens where Moorish and Arabic styles meet.
