The windsor has a lot of character, with a lovely old bar/restaurant. the rooms were clean and the staff were helpful
The air-conditioning unit was quite old so although it made the room comfortable it wasn't especially efficient. also, like evrywhere in egypt, the staff are more than happy to help but one always feels they will do it only for baksheesh
