الفندق يمتاز بالموقع وجودة الخدمات والنظافة العامة وكثرة الموظفين وحسن التنظيم بينهم ويعاب علية فقط جودة الأكل مع انه كثير ومتوفر ولكن غير متنوع وغير مميز واغلب النزلاء فيه هم من الايطاليين والروس ويعاب علية خدمات النقل للمطار وارتفاع أسعار النقل الغير مبرره لشركة النقل المتواجدة في الفندق ( الطيار )
