Cons: The front desk staff dont know any thing, we stayed 4 hours waiting for our room during check it, the day ended without doing anything. they even donne know which room is sea view and which is not.

Pros: Excellent location. super snorkeling! friendly staff.
Cons: The food was medium good,.. some of it was excellent but most of it was tasteless, and we all got a "funny" stomach.
the first apartment we got was really bad. everything was old, broken and actually never made correct. we were unable to lock the door! there were small animals inside... i was so very disappointed... expecting a little more, though i new 5-stars in egypt is not the same as in europe. the next day the hotel gave us a larger apartment - much nicer.
i also asked up front if we should bring cash for the payment ... if there was a fee on the credit card. i was informed that the price was the same, so i did not bring cash. and there was a fee! 3%!
i think it would be a lot easier to compare your hotel prices if you include the local taxes and fees.
