All reservations must be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night stay penalty. Exception for 6 nights or more: all reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a full deposit charge. No show: 1 night invoicing. A child above 12 years old will be considered as an adult and must pay extra adult charge. City tax : 1.30€ per person

3.14 is in a great location, very close to rue croisette and the beach. the rooftop pool is also excellent along with the great restaurants.
Yes, i had asked the reception for an iron to iron my shirt and it never came even after calling several times. was disappointed considering this is a 4 start hotel.Anonymous

Very nice rooms with nice details. it's a "real" design hotel, not just one which claims to be one.
